Food Buyer Duties: -Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones -Finding the right suppliers -Selecting new products and reviewing the old -Negotiating prices with Vendors -Coordinating with Traffic and Warehousing for timely and efficient movement of inbound and outbound orders. -Source and develop new products or business opportunities -Monitoring and managing the efficient resolution of: gains, losses and aged inventory to achieve Company goals. -Just In time Inventory control by maintaining accurate forecast information in buying system adjusting for seasonal fluctuations and ad needs. Job Requirements: -Must have Minimum 2 years experience with profound knowledge of either Poultry/Meat, Seafood or Vegetables Market -Decision making, excellent communication & organizational Skills, strong analytical and PC skills -Associates degree or above preferred in Marketing or food related major -Green Holder or US Citizen only Please email resume to :
